Returns and Exchange Policy
(Applicable for both website and retail stores exchange)

  1. Normal priced items are exchangeable with 3 days (retail store), 7 days (website store) from your Invoice date.
  2. Exchange items / merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with all original box attached to the merchandise and any related accessories or instruction care label included. Exchange is strictly subject to stock availability.
  3. We, are confident that the original goods sent to you have been full checked before courier. Should an item be detected faulty, or un acceptance for any reason, please contact us 603-7770 7177 within 3-7 days as invoice date or via email After the exchange period, the policy is no longer valid.
  4. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect. In other words, incomplete, damage, worn soiled or altered returns or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also take note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.
  5. Strictly No exchange for item sold under / such as Flat Price, Mark Down, Season Clearance, which you will see the term {Not Valid For Exchange} in the invoice.
  6. Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
  7. If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock available. If the item you wish to exchange exceed the value of the item returned, you shall pay the excess; in other case, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower that the price of the returned item, no cash refund policy shall be apply.
  8. If you would like to exchange a single item bought as part of a promotion offer (for example: buy 2 @ RM75/=), you may only exchange to another item with the full price of the original item less the total discount given in that promotion. The exchange price base on the final amount paid.
  9. Should you wish to exchange your purchase to another items, we shall be happily credit for it against another items once the items and sales transaction have been safety return to us and the refund shall be take place within a maximum of thirty(30) days.
  10. The shipping and a minimum administration cost of an item returned to us for credit or exchange shall be paid by you. You shall be take full responsibility of the product damage or lost upon sending back to We shall be advised you that first class post shall be used for returning the goods to us as the post office able to provide you a proof of posting form., air waybill or tracing number. The goods shall be returned in their original packaging and always in a condition fit for resale. The details required as below:-
